Inogent is a GVK Biosciences (GVK BIO) group company. It is a 50:50 partnership between the GVK group and Davinder S. Brar.
GVK is a US $ 3 bn enterprise promoted by Dr. G.V. Krishna Reddy. GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited (GVK PIL) is the holding company of diversified
infrastructure assets with interests in various Power Generation assets (viz., Gas, Hydel and Thermal), Roads, Airports, SEZ, Oil and Gas, etc.
G.V. Sanjay Reddy is the Vice Chairman of GVK Industries and Vice Chairman of GVK BIO.
Davinder S. Brar joined GVK BIO as a promoter chairman in 2004. He has 30 years of experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry. He played a
significant role in building Ranbaxy (India’s largest Pharma Company) into a globally recognized company with pipeline of generics, specialty and innovator
NCE) drugs. He is also involved with several international Pharma/Life Sciences companies in consulting/advisory role through Davix Management Services Pvt.

President
R Kiran Kumaris the President of Inogent Labs. Kiran holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering and has ~25 years of experience in pharmaceutical and API research. Kiran has held leadership positions in Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Jubilant Organosys, Siris Limited and Matrix Labs. Prior to joining GVK BIO, Kiran was the Chief Operating Officer of Astrix Labs, Hyderabad.
